About Us

My name is Ergün we are Gold Contact Center, Customer Support and Call Center Services. Based on my professional training (IT clerk IHK), 25 years of self-employment experience from Germany, we founded the company in Istanbul in 2019.

Since day one, we have worked carefully, conscientiously and responsibly for our clients from Europe. Companies leave various areas of their company to us and release their resources and save a lot of costs in the process. Inbound, outbound, email processing, support, data entry, tele sales and many more are part of our daily work. We would be happy to take on your projects at short notice. Our service area is broad. From technical support to order acceptance, we take on many different tasks. We would also be happy to explore new paths and areas for you. Be sure to talk to us.
